Back to Entrepreneurial Activity with Wall and Wall!

After around 2 years of silence since my first blog posts before traveling from Barcelona to San Francisco to live the American dream it feels like it's time to get back to it! ;)

One of my new years resolutions was to recuperate the habit of writing, and fortunately my new job at a design studio in San Francisco named Wall and Wall is giving me the opportunity to have fun generating content about art, design, and wall mural painting.

Wall and Wall is still a small team but with the ambition to become a reference for both home custom wall murals and corporate workspace design. The links provided will take you to each separate gallery so you can see how mural painting can spice up your walls and completely transform your space into an inspiring environment.

Having worked for some pretty important companies in the Bay Area, Wall and Wall is consolidating a talented team of professionals that are ready to handle all kinds of challenging projects. The following posts will explain in more detail some of our actual areas of focus like Sales, Marketing, SEO, SEM, and other growth strategies.

Please stay tuned and feel free to share your comments, ideas and advice! It would be great to open interesting conversations about startup growth and entrepreneurship along the way.

Thanks for reading, glad to be back! ;)

A Master in Innovation: The Lean Startup by Eric Ries

I had little doubts that the first "real" post of this blog had to introduce The Lean Startup from Eric Ries, an innovation methodology that has definitely changed the way many entrepeneurs, well-established companies, and of course myself look at the future of business and innovation.

In this extraordinary book by Eric Ries you can find a relatively simple process to manage innovation focused on customer reactions to your product/service, aiming to minimize launch costs and engaging an agile environment that can easily change the course of the business before it's too late. The Build/Measure/Learn Cycle below is the basis of this innovation methodology.

Even though this book should be a mandatory read for anyone who owns or actively participates in a business, the following posts will be dedicated to go through the key aspects of The Lean Startup method so we can review and discuss them together.

I count on you help to make the most of these Lean Startup posts so let me start off with a general question about the topic:

Have you applied The Lean Startup method in your company? If so, please share about your experience!
