I had little doubts that the first "real" post of this blog had to introduce The Lean Startup from Eric Ries, an innovation methodology that has definitely changed the way many entrepeneurs, well-established companies, and of course myself look at the future of business and innovation.
In this extraordinary book by Eric Ries you can find a relatively simple process to manage innovation focused on customer reactions to your product/service, aiming to minimize launch costs and engaging an agile environment that can easily change the course of the business before it's too late. The Build/Measure/Learn Cycle below is the basis of this innovation methodology.
Even though this book should be a mandatory read for anyone who owns or actively participates in a business, the following posts will be dedicated to go through the key aspects of The Lean Startup method so we can review and discuss them together.
I count on you help to make the most of these Lean Startup posts so let me start off with a general question about the topic:
Have you applied The Lean Startup method in your company? If so, please share about your experience!
